Frequently Asked Questions
If your question is not addressed below, please use the Contact Us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Where is Kaiju Go!?
Our first event is at the beautiful Downtown Cowtown at the Isis theater in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards.
What does my ticket cover?
The admission includes access to both films, the special guest Q&A, and the vendor gallery (upstairs).
What time does the event start and end?
The event doors open at 4pm. The first screening begins at 6pm. The full schedule can be found on the Event Schedule page.
Will there be snacks and drinks available for purchase?
Yes. The Downtown Cowtown at the Isis is equipped with two full bars (one downstairs in the lobby, one upstairs in The Speakeasy) plus a concession cart that includes popcorn, soft drinks, and candy. For specific options, please reach out to the venue.
Will the films be dubbed or subtitled?
The films will be in their original Japanese language and subtitled in English.
Are their in-and-out privileges?
Yes. If you have a valid ticket, you will be able to leave and re-enter.
Are children allowed?
Yes. Similar to any movie theater experience, we ask that all guests - adults and children - be respectful so that all can enjoy the film. If this is not possible, you will be asked to leave the theater.
Can you watch or hear the film from the vendor room?
Yes. In The Speakeasy, there is a viewing window and the sound will be piped into the room. There is no guaranteed seating at the window; it is first come, first served and standing only.
When will the vendor space be open?
We are asking our vendors to be open from 4pm until the final screening (9:45pm). They can choose to stay open longer, however, they will need to breakdown their tables before the conclusion of film.
Will the toy vendors accept credit cards?
Each vendor decides what forms of payment that they will accept. However, most now accept credit cards (via Square), PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle as non-cash options.
What should I expect in the Q&A session?
Our two amazing special guests - Bob Eggleton and John Yurcaba IV - will do an interview in between film screenings followed by a fan Q&A (time permitting). The special guests will be in the vendor room or in the lobby throughout the event for autographs and photos.
Where do we park?
The theater is located in the heart of the Fort Worth Stockyards so both street parking and parking lots are in the immediate vicinity. Street parking is free. There are four paid lots nearby.
